With access to the Site, the websurfer browsing the Site (hereafter called the "User") agrees to respect and follow the conditions of use as defined hereafter.

1. Intellectual and industrial property rights linked to the Site

The Kéraskin Esthetics website is an intellectual work protected by intellectual property rights. The site and each of the elements within it (such as brands, logos, photographs, images, illustrations, texts, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Kéraskin Esthetics, the sole owner of the intellectual property rights and personality rights linked to it. Kéraskin Esthetics does not authorise any licences or any other rights than that of browsing the site.

2. Personal data

Kéraskin Esthetics may collect personal data concerning the User in its consumer database and use it for sales promotions. According to the Act of January 6th, 1978 relating to computers, files and freedom, the User is informed that he or she has the right to access, modify and delete the data relating to him or her. Finally, unless the User informs the brand otherwise, Kéraskin Esthetics may transfer the data concerning the User to its partners.

3. Use of the site

a. Use of the Site content

Kéraskin Esthetics makes an effort to update the content of the Site and to offer Users precise information. However, the User knows that the transmission of data and information on the Internet has only relative technical reliability, as this information circulates on very different types of networks. From this point on, Kéraskin Esthetics cannot guarantee the exactitude of the data on the Site. e. Advice given on the Site

The «diagnostic» tools available on the Site are only simulations intended to provide advice in the field of care and well-being.
